The LaboStar PRO TWF systems produce ultra-pure water straight from your drinking water supply. This equipment incorporates a pre-ltration unit and a reverse osmosis membrane. The pure water collects in an integrated tank and is nally circulated through the polishing module by a circulation pump. The user can extract either Type III water from the built-in 7l storage tank or Type I water from the dispenser with a quality of 0.055 μS/cm, equivalent to 18.2 M Ω-cm, and TOC of between 1 and 10 ppb, depending on the system type. The RO water quality is displayed as well. The LaboStar PRO TWF equipment can cost-eectively produce small amounts of analytical-grade water. The water quality exceeds all relevant standards including ASTM Type I, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type I. System can be upgraded with 30 or 60l storage tank. A conductivity sensor constantly measures the product water purity in the re-circulation loop. A positively charged 0.2 μm sterile lter at the dispenser removes bacteria and endotoxins, eliminating the need for an expensive ultra-lter. An uncharged 0.2 μm sterile lter is also available. LaboStar PRO TWF systems are delivered with the rst set of modules and lters.

The reverse osmosis Protegra CS RO/EDI systems are designed to serve the need for high volumes of desalinated water. They produce pure water for many applications. The combination of the Protegra CS RO with the EDI-cell significantly increases the pure water quality.The compact design with high-quality components and intelligent control places great emphasis on cost- effectiveness. The plant systems are characterized by a consistent pure water quality. Conductivity of <0.1 μS/cm in single-phase and <0.07 μS/cm in dual-phase systems are achieved. The TOC content is < 30 ppb.Germ reduction is achieved by means of the special arrangement of the separate bed process and a related pH-value shift into the acidic range,preventing the growth of bacteria in work spaces. No system operates more anciently and economically, since the EDI-cell has a loss rate of only 10%. Low operating costs and a minimal maintenance outlay are features of this system.These systems can be individually equipped with additional options such as different tank sizes and pressure boosting systems. They represent the core element in central water treatment plants in buildings and are used with the options necessary for a ring main operation. All systems have a RS 232 interface. Degassing systems to reduce the CO2 content in feed water are available – they ensure that the system remains within feed water specification and protect the EDI-cell.
